Our days involve everything from processing customer orders, exchanges and refunds, to giving our customers expert fitting and style advice!
Meet some of the team
LizTeam Manager
I'm Liz, one of Bravissimo's Customer Services Team Managers. My main responsibility is helping to plan the day for the team, so we can help as many customers as we can! I love working at Bravissimo because I enjoy speaking to our customers, and I get to help them find a style they love and feel amazing in!
JayaCustomer Services Consultant
I’m a Customer Service Consultant here at Bravissimo. My role consists of helping customers via our four main communication channels (phone calls, live chats, emails and virtual fittings). Not only do I help with their orders, returns and queries, but I also help with all things fitting and products. I love speaking with our customers and knowing we've made a difference to someone's day!
EmmaTeam Lead
I'm Emma, a Team Leader in Customer Services at Bravissimo, where I've worked for over 3 years. I help plan the day, support our team, and chat with our amazing customers across all channels. I love making a positive impact, uplifting women worldwide, and having fun while doing it!
